Andrew on the Recent Update Forums has Updated Rule 7, Once again which makes most World Shifting Programs once again illegal.

Strider isn't doing anything about it, Jagex changed around the world page too and they just released an SS update that works with the updated worlds, despite this new rule... Strider doesn't seem to care from what I hear, it would probably give him some gratification to have a mass ban then a huge uproar.. The ops on swiftirc are simply misinforming the users like 'it cant be detected'.. Why it'll end up with mass ban?
